Nelly is an accomplished entrepreneur and business acquisition specialist with over a decade of experience in real estate, business acquisitions, and strategic growth.
Currently, Nelly serves as a business investor and mentor, focusing on helping entrepreneurs enter the world of entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA). He educates aspiring business owners on the advantages of buying an existing business and dispels myths surrounding business acquisitions. Through time-tested acquisition techniques, he teaches entrepreneurs how to acquire and grow 7- and 8-figure businesses using creative financing, strategic deal structuring, and negotiation tactics.
Prior to his focus on business acquisitions, Nelly built a portfolio of rental units in the Midwest and later transitioned to purchasing a 25-year-old assisted living community from a retiring owner. His experience in real estate, operations, and special population services has given him a deep understanding of building sustainable and impactful businesses. He has also worked closely with veterans, seniors, and other special populations, ensuring they have access to quality housing, care, and resources.
